Alternatives to Foreclosure
The prospect of foreclosure is disheartening. After all, few people go into buying a home thinking they’ll lose it. Sometimes it is possible to save your home from foreclosure and other times, it’s not. Our credit counselors will help attendees understand how to determine their options and if they may be good candidates for a lender or government loan modification program. We’ll also cover how to recognize and stay clear of foreclosure “rescue” scams.
