Martha Lucey

President – Pacific Region

Martha holds a bachelor of science degree in business logistics from the Pennsylvania State University and a master’s of business administration from Case Western Reserve University. A graduate of Leadership Fresno, she is also an executive board member of the non-profit No Homeowner Left Behind and the California Coalition for Quality Credit Counseling, and a member of the United Way of Fresno County’s Self-Sufficiency Vision council.

An industry expert, Martha has helped to shape credit and housing legislation in California and has provided testimony to the California legislature, and has also served as a speaker and conference panelist for the Federal Reserve, FDIC and mortgage lending forums.

She joined ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions in May of 2009 following the merger with ByDesign Financial Solutions. Martha has spent eight years in a managerial capacity in the credit counseling industry.

Martha is responsible for branch operations in California, Oregon and Washington as well as for overseeing ClearPoint’s housing counseling and education services.
