Ann Estes

President – Atlantic and Heartland Regions

Prior to joining ClearPoint in 2000, Ann was a vice president for Bank of America. She started at ClearPoint as the director of operations, responsible for creditor relations and building out support centers across the nation. She later assumed responsibility for counseling delivery, training and the Internet team, servicing all 50 states.

Ann studied financial management at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College and the University of Richmond. Ann is a certified credit counselor as well as a certified educator in credit counseling. She is actively involved in various community efforts as well as serving on committees for the National Foundation for Credit Counseling.

Today, her responsibilities are focused on overseeing branch and telephone counseling for Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina. Additionally, she is also acting as president for our Heartland branches located in Missouri, Illinois, Tennessee and Kentucky.
